SEASONAL RETAIL ASSISTANT

Herbert Gould Home are looking for a part time Seasonal Retail Assistant to join our team, with flexibilty to work weekends and cover staff holidays as required. Previous experience in a similar retail environment/visual merchandising and a passion for interiors would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.

• Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, including pricing,restocking shelves and arranging merchandise.

• Operate till and handle customer transactions accurately.

• Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.

• Assist in inventory management, including receiving and unpacking merchandise. 

• Supporting colleagues and working together as a team in a friendly and professional manner to provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
